When the tower crane that built the Freedom Tower in NYC needed an open gear spray system, the owner called ALS. We designed a spray system that automatically greases when our customers crane is running instead of shutting down and losing hours of productivity.

Our customer ordered a brand new quarry excavator with hammer and chose to add an auto greaser for each. We left the H-link grease fittings accessible by installing our own custom fittings on the back of the H-link prolonging the life of the H-link and auto greaser.

110v Auto Lube System

Our 110v auto lube system lubes all lower points on our customers new wash plant. From screws to conveyors, we lube it. We also added a cycle sensor and low-level strobe to alert the customer of no flow events.

This new Kobelco excavator will be a machine dedicated to using a hydraulic breaker. Our greaser is mounted in the excavators cabinet and gives a metered amount of grease to the hammer when it is activated. It also includes an in-cab buzzer alerting the operator should the greaser go into alarm mode.
